Ichi-go ichi-e

A photography book by Earl Standerford. Ichi-go ichi-e is a Japanese four-character idiom that describes a cultural concept of treasuring the unrepeatable nature of a moment. The term has been translated at "for this time only" and "once in a lifetime." This book showcases his body of work in Japan and the United States from 2015-2019.
