Bachelor of C.C. Policies by the Basque Public University in the year 2000.
Attracted by photography, cinema and painting from a very young age, I decided to receive training at the Bilbao Center for Contemporary Photography (CFC) taking the annual Master’s Degree in Artistic Photography in the years 2015-2016 with Ricky Dávila as a tutor.In January 2018 I did a biannual Documentary Photography Module at the CFC with Asier Larraza, Lurdes Basolí and Jon Cazenave as tutors.
In my work, almost exclusively carried out in analog photography, both documentation and review of archives as well as abstraction and experimentation with techniques such as double exposure, the use of lomographic cameras, disposable cameras and intervention in the scanning process are recurring themes.
I have self-published 3 photobooks and participated in several photographic festivals such as Baffest, Getxophoto or Explora Festival and my work has been published in Fisheye Magazine, Clavoardiendo or LF Magazine.
In 2021 I was the winner of the award for the best Basque photographer in the Barakaldo Baffest Festival contest for my work “La nieta del cubano”.
