Religare

"In Religare, the images are "mirages", as Mestre Irineu, founder of Santo Daime, called the visions provided by Ayahuasca, the fundamental drink in the doctrine. They are seen in connection with the world, but primarily focused on the interior.

The narrative created by Rafael Adorján in editing the images seeks to make the cult, its history and day-to-day life in the Matutu valley understandable. But also to express how he experienced it and how the experience affected him, especially in the photographic domain."
