The Time Between: 6 Posters

A collection of six digital prints from the The Time Between series, The Time Between focuses on the inner city at night, a place of beauty and degradation, community and play, but also a place of loneliness and isolation. The images convey the captivating theatricality of the city centre at night, where in some places it is pitch black and in others the buildings and people are illuminated, refracted and reflected by intense multi-coloured light. The colour and superimposition of these images is not the result of double exposures or digital manipulation in the camera, but the result of natural or constructed reflections on various surfaces, sometimes using film development and various printing techniques to make the familiar new and unknown.
