Umbral

The series aims to be an emotional journey, beyond a simple description, of the hospital stay. This non-place of transition, totally impersonal, becomes a temporary, ephemeral and premonitory threshold (umbral) from which one may pass to other spaces, and even to other worlds. The subjective point of view of the author emphasizes the sensations experienced by a visitor, where loneliness, sadness, impermanence and estrangement are perceived.
