Exhibition and express dummy presentations

Cosecha is an initiative of Photobook Club Madrid in collaboration with the Library and Documentation Centre of the Museo Reina Sofía. An annual, intimate and horizontal gathering where authors share their dummies and engage in dialogue around the photobook as a process.

This year, the event will take place over two sessions on 1 and 2 July, at the Library of the Museo Reina Sofía.

Once again, Fiebre Photobook Fest joins the initiative, extending the gathering within the festival framework. The open call Cosecha en Fiebre 2026 is open to all dummies that took part in the Museo Reina Sofía Library session as well as new proposals wishing to join directly at Fiebre. All of them will have the opportunity to be exhibited from 18 to 20 September at La Casa Encendida. In addition, those who wish may present them in express format to the festival audience.

All exhibited dummies will be digitised and the exhibition will remain permanently available on the Fiebre digital platform, which brings together over 1,500 photobooks from more than 35 countries.

The open call is free and open to everyone, regardless of experience level.

· Dummy submission: 2–7 September (by post or in person at LCE)
· Exhibition at Fiebre Photobook Fest 18–20 September 2026
· Express presentations: Sunday 20 September
· Returns: 22 September at LCE (or donation to the Fiebre Fund)
· Publication on digital platform: October 2026

Important: digital formats are not accepted. We want physical paper dummies — tangible objects that embody the creative process, the space of experimentation and transition, and the materiality of the future book.
