The Casa de Campo is a forest in the middle of the city. It's an island full of castaways and tourists. It's a great place to go looking for nothing in particular; to find things you don't know you were looking for. You can meet your cousin or his majesty on a motorbike helping a motorist. It's absolutely horrible and beautiful. It's my favourite place to shoot. It's a park of wild animals and attractions. It's unpredictable and that makes me go round in circles and give me headaches and make a story full of deletions and corrections. It's a republican park where there's a hill where they say the souls of Madrid residents go up to heaven when they die. It's a perfect place in Madrid to try to tell a hyper-realistic magical tale.
