Adrian Tyler
Pioneering format halfway between book, music, and performance. It’s like a DJ session, but with photography books, teaching and mixing books to create a ‘story’, inviting the audience to feel and enjoy them. This classic Fiebre, was created by our colleague Bonifacio Barrio Hijosa in 2012.
«It is said that history repeats itself, but I think it is rather a rhythm that duplicates patterns. Since the beginning of humanity and after printed books, there is genocide, and then “libricide”, which often go hand in hand. My selection of books represents – from an unknown Polish photographer who documented Warsaw in 1945, to images collected by the public after 9/11 – the worst side of man, which photography captures in an indisputable way, and which perhaps, should have changed the world.»
